Named in recognition of a very important business need, we carefully selected barrels of our favorite straight bourbon whiskey and straight rye whiskey from a well-known US maker. We carefully blended a specific quantity of these along with a small about of our house made "white dog" bourbon whiskey (the young whiskey that goes into the barrel).
Capital Blend Blended Whiskey is medium amber-colored with a mild, sweet and spicy finish. This is what you should expect in a blended bourbon and rye whiskey: smooth and balanced, with sweet bourbon notes and a touch rye spice. This a dual-purpose premium aged grain spirit; made to work well in any whiskey cocktail, but also as a great sipping whiskey.
