Patio29 Green Chile Vodka is seasonal. We get a truck-load of farm-fresh chile peppers around September depending on the farm year. We start with our Yolo CraftVodka and infuse it with a recipe of variety of fresh chile peppers and herbs. It is charcoal chill-filtered and then rest-ed for several weeks before bottling.
