Patio29 Spirits Company’s (“P29”) Private Barrel Club (“PBC”) is a fun and exciting on-premise distillery program that offers up to six adults 21 years or older, the unique experience of creating their own whiskey for their own collection and consumption. PBC members pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% on bottling day. Aging time will vary depending on the whiskey blend, the unique qualities of the barrel (all barrels vary a bit), the temperature changes in the distillery, and the preferences of member(s); however, in general the whiskey should be ready for bottling after 6-12 months of aging. P29 offers no guarantees as to the quantity produced but will honor a commitment of at least twenty (20) 750ML bottles at 80-proof or equivalent numbers at higher proof (providing a pro-rata discount for <20). However, the average yield should be twenty-four to thirty (24-30) 750ML bottles depending on bottling proof.

1. BLENDING SESSION - DESIGN YOUR BLEND AND FILL YOUR BARREL

2. SAMPLE WHILE AGING - TASTE AND MONITOR YOUR WHISKEY AS IT AGES

3. LABEL DESIGN - HIGH QUALITY BOTTLE LABEL... CHOSE A DESIGN TO CUSTOMIZE, OR DESIGN YOUR OWN FROM SCRATCH (4” x 4”)

4. BOTTLING SESSION - PROOF AND BOTTLE YOUR AGED WHISKEY

After ordering, distillery staff will contact you to complete a form and schedule your private barrel sessions.
